Notes from week 5 (Art Direction)
The challenge of Week 5 has been to create an Art Direction Document to summarise key decisions about my upcoming prototype’s visuals. As with previous weeks, I spent around half of my time studying materials, and the other half on the challenge activity. As a result, I am spending a minimal amount of time on documenting my reflections in the blog.

The visual style for the game is composed of two main environments – a tranquil, subdued game shop for the metagame, and a more vibrant and exciting miniature world of board games and magically moving pieces that the player must progress through.
